Dina Falconi leads an instructional walk beginning at the Creative Co-op. Ms. Falconi has been teaching classes about the use of herbs for food, medicine, and pleasure, including wild food foraging and cooking, for more than twenty years. She is the author of Earthly Bodies & Heavenly Hair: Natural and Healthy Personal Care for Everybody and Foraging & Feasting: A Field Guide and Wild Food Cookbook. Botanical Arts Press

Thur. April 24, 5-7:30 p.m., Sour Dough Bread Making, Brick Oven Baking & Honey Bee Table with Hanka Sawka plus Cindy Joao and Jim Luckner.
Hanka Sawka (author of At Hanka's Table) is a native of Poland and now residing in High Falls, NY. Famed for her international cuisine, Hanka will teach the art of sour dough rye bread, as Jim Luckner provides a wood fired outdoor oven for baking. Cindy Joao shares a honey sampling and bee keeping exhibit.
